At the beginning of February 2025, we successfully completed and handed over the hall in Třebíč to the general contractor, Sport Construction. After completion in May 2025, it will serve the athletics club TJ Spartak Třebíč as a modern training facility. The hall, measuring 15.3 × 113.8 m, offers ideal conditions for various athletic disciplines. In its higher section, reaching a gutter height of 8.3 m, pole vaulting will take place. The lower running section with a height of 3.8 m will provide facilities for running training and other athletic activities.
This athletics tunnel will help the local club solve the problem of training conditions in adverse weather and make sports training more accessible for youth in disciplines such as running, long jump, pole vault, and other indoor sports.
The hall includes a built-in mezzanine with a floor area of 6.3 x 15.1 m, where there are changing rooms with sanitary facilities and spaces for coaches. Another part of the delivery was an administrative area measuring 6.3 × 15.1 m, which will provide comfortable conditions for organizational and operational needs.
We prepared the project from the design phase up to the implementation documentation. The assignment included a project for a change of the building before completion and obtaining a building permit for the change. The project also included color solutions and visualizations.
