We handed over the construction of two halls in one building in Sedliště in Silesia
In mid-March 2026, we completed and handed over two halls connected into one building. The single-story section is intended for production and storage for the investor FM Metal s.r.o. The two-story section will serve as administrative facilities and a showroom.
We have handed over the two-storey administrative extension in Štěpánkovice
At the beginning of March 2026, we handed over a small two-storey administrative extension, which will help to further develop the office facilities of R.A. servis in Štěpánkovice. The extension, located on the edge of the property with difficult access, was built while the adjacent hall remained in continuous operation.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Horní Počaply
In February 2025, we completed a prefabricated insulated hall, which follows on from previous phases of the reconstruction of an older industrial complex.
We have handed over the hall for the robotic milking parlor in Kozojedy
At the end of February 2026, we completed and handed over to the general contractor W&W STAVBY s.r.o. an agricultural hall for a robotic milking parlor with facilities.
We have handed over the warehouse hall to ČEPS Invest in Chotějovice
At the end of January 2026, we completed a prefabricated warehouse hall measuring 11 x 24.4 m for the company ČEPS Invest in Chotějovice. The building is designed as a classic frame structure and serves as a storage facility for parts. The hall includes a crane runway for an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 5 t.
We have handed over the form warehouse hall in Grygov
In December 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall with a 3.2 t overhead crane in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will serve as a warehouse for finished concrete products. The dimensions of the hall are 17 x 26 m with an eaves height of 8.0 m.
We have handed over the production hall for the carpentry workshop in Dolní Chvatliny
In December 2025, we completed and handed over a production hall in Dolní Chvatliny. The hall will be used for a carpentry workshop with social and office facilities. The dimensions of the hall are 11.5 x 20 m with an eaves height of 3.6 m.
We have handed over the Kružík warehouse hall in Kroměříž
At the beginning of November 2025, we completed a prefabricated sales and storage hall for the company Kružík s.r.o. in Kroměříž, in the local part of Kotojedy. The building is designed as a classic frame structure and serves as a sales and storage space intended for rent. The hall also includes social facilities with an office.
We have handed over the warehouse and service hall Ploužnice u Ralska
In November 2025, we completed a prefabricated insulated hall, which, once fully finished, will serve as a service and garage for construction machinery and occasionally as a warehouse. The hall is located in the cadastral area of the village of Ploužnice, in the former military area of Ralsko, which is gradually beginning to undergo revitalization.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Šteklův mlýn near Františkovy Lázně
In October 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall to the investor in Šteklův mlýn near Františkovy Lázně. The hall will be used for private purposes and machine storage. For this project, it was essential to maintain the external dimensions of 10 × 20 meters.
We have handed over the agricultural hall Eko farma Hracholusky
In October 2025, we completed a prefabricated, non-insulated agricultural hall, which, after full completion, will serve as a garage for agricultural machinery and occasionally as a storage facility for agricultural commodities. The hall is located in the village of Hracholusky, Rakovník district.
We have handed over the restaurant and café in Svatý Kříž near Cheb
In October 2025, we completed a prefabricated hall, which, after its full completion in 2026, will serve as a restaurant and café with a kitchen, pizza oven, and bar. The hall is located near the Svatý Kříž border crossing by Cheb.
