In October 2025, we completed a prefabricated hall, which, after full completion, will serve as a restaurant and café. The hall is located near the Svatý Kříž border crossing by Cheb. From the very beginning, we were involved in the project preparation, especially in the structural design of the hall, which was not exactly simple.
The hall is L-shaped. The section with a classic roof, measuring 12.0 × 45.0 m, is intended for the restaurant and kitchen with a pizza oven. The second section, with a V-shaped roof and dimensions of 22.0 × 26.8 m, is designed as a café with a bar and sanitary facilities. The dominant feature of the building, once completed in spring 2026, will be the facade made of expanded metal mesh. Another significant element is the large glazed window assemblies with automatic sliding doors. In addition, an enclosed glazed terrace is planned in front of the restaurant.
The roof is very specific – it contains an impressive 96 penetrations, thanks in part to the photovoltaic panels, which are intended to reduce the energy demands of the entire prefabricated hall.
We realized the hall for the construction company Stavmax, which is the general contractor of the building and plans to complete it according to the contract by 08/2026.
