Price of the PROMO 1800 warehouse hall
We offer a wide range of warehouse halls made to order. More about these types of halls can be found in the section Types of Prefabricated Halls - warehouse halls.
The hall can be made of concrete or steel structure depending on fire resistance:
- Steel structures are more economical for fire resistance R15 (resistance 15 minutes)
- Concrete structures are more advantageous from R30 (resistance 30 minutes) and above.
Description of the 30 x 60 m hall and materials according to the visualization:
- Steel structure – the steel structure is a frame type without a crane track with support, including steel reinforcements for windows, doors, gates, and skylights. Fire resistance R15 (resistance 15 minutes). More about the structure can be found in the section Materials/Steel Structures.
- Concrete structure – the concrete structure is of the fixed column type with beams and support, including steel reinforcements for windows, doors, gates, and skylights. Fire resistance R30 (resistance 30 minutes). More about the structure can be found in the section Materials/Concrete Structures.
- Metalwork elements – fire escape ladder with dry riser 10m, staircase with 6 steps 3 pcs
- Roof – Combi roof, built-up, thickness 200mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
- Walls – Cladding made of sandwich panels – thickness 120mm. The price of the wall includes sandwich panels 120 mm thick, sheet metal finishing, fasteners. More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich Panels.
- Windows and doors – Plastic, size 3.0 x 1.0m 12 pcs and 56.0 x 1.0m 1 pc, Doors 1.1 x 2.1m 3 pcs.
- Gates – Sectional, size 3.0 x 3.0m with glazing, 12 pcs
- Dock levellers – hydraulic dock leveller with 6t capacity, hinged lip and sealing flaps
- Skylight – Arched skylight, size 3 x 50m. The price includes the curb, curb insulation, sheet metal finishing, wind-rain sensor, and 2 opening sections.
- Other costs – Mechanisms, transport up to 100 km from Kroměříž, and site facilities.

PROMO 840 type hall – dimensions 20 × 42 m, height 7 m (840 m2 or 5880 m3) is the basic size for storage halls; the hall is used for storing bulk commodities. The price corresponds to the visualization.
PROMO 756 type hall – dimensions 18 × 42 m, height 6 m (756 m2 or 7,158 m3) is the basic size for production halls and the hall can be equipped with an overhead crane. The price corresponds to the visualization without JD.
A PROMO 540 type hall – dimensions 15 × 36 m, height 5.0 m (540 m2 or 2,700 m3) is the basic size for a production or storage hall for business purposes. It can be extended on request to include an overhead crane. The price corresponds to the visualization.
