Price of the PROMO 756 production hall

Description of the 18 x 42 m hall dimensions and materials according to the visualization:
- Structure – The steel structure is of the frame type, either without a crane runway or with a crane runway. More about the structure can be found in the section Materials/Steel Structures.
- Roof – Combi roof, layered, thickness 220 mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
- Walls – Cladding made of sandwich panels – thickness 120 mm. The price of the wall includes sandwich panels 120 mm thick, sheet metal finishing, and fasteners. More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich Panels.
- Windows – Plastic, size 1.2 x 3.5 m, 18 pcs.
- Doors – Plastic, without panic handle, solid, 1.1 x 2.1 m, 1 pc.
- Gates – Sectional, size 4.0 x 4.5 m, 2 pcs.
- Skylight – Arched skylight, size 3 x 30 m. The price includes the curb, curb insulation, sheet metal finishing, wind-rain sensor, and 2 openers.
- Crane runway – For 5 t – the hall structure will be reinforced and includes preparation – brackets for supporting the crane runway.
- Other costs – Mechanisms, transport up to 100 km from Kroměříž, and site facilities.

PROMO 840 type hall – dimensions 20 × 42 m, height 7 m (840 m2 or 5880 m3) is the basic size for storage halls; the hall is used for storing bulk commodities. The price corresponds to the visualization.
A PROMO 540 type hall – dimensions 15 × 36 m, height 5.0 m (540 m2 or 2,700 m3) is the basic size for a production or storage hall for business purposes. It can be extended on request to include an overhead crane. The price corresponds to the visualization.
