Description of the 25 x 35 m hall dimensions and materials according to the visualization:
- Structure – The steel structure is of the frame type. The upper floor is made of beams and METSEC floor beams, with trapezoidal sheet metal laid on the floor for concrete pouring. The structure includes a staircase and a fire ladder. More about the structure can be found in the section Materials/Steel Structures.
- Roof – Composed Combi roof, thickness 260 mm. The roof price includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
- Walls – Cladding made of sandwich panels – thickness 120 mm. The wall price includes sandwich panels 120 mm thick, sheet metal finishing, and fasteners. More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich Panels.
- Windows and Doors – Plastic windows and doors are available in various sizes, including shop windows and integrated doors.
- Gates – Sectional gates, size 3.1 x 2.7 m, 2 pcs.
- Skylight – Not included in the hall price delivery.
- Crane Track – Not included in the hall price delivery.
- Other Costs – Mechanisms, transport up to 100 km from Kroměříž, and site facilities.
- Substructure, floors, interior partitions, electrical, plumbing, heating, gas installations – Not included in the price below.

PROMO 756 type hall – dimensions 18 × 42 m, height 6 m (756 m2 or 7,158 m3) is the basic size for production halls and the hall can be equipped with an overhead crane. The price corresponds to the visualization without JD.
A PROMO 540 type hall – dimensions 15 × 36 m, height 5.0 m (540 m2 or 2,700 m3) is the basic size for a production or storage hall for business purposes. It can be extended on request to include an overhead crane. The price corresponds to the visualization.
PROMO 288 type hall – dimensions 12 × 24 m, height 4.3 m (288 m2 or 1,210 m3) is the basic size for an affordable production or storage hall for small businesses. The price corresponds to the visualization.
