Description of the hall dimensions 18 x 48 m and materials according to the visualization:
- Structure – The steel structure is of the frame type. The mezzanine covers the entire area and is made of beams and METSEC floor purlins, with trapezoidal sheet metal laid on top for concrete casting. The structure includes a staircase and a fire escape ladder. More about the structure can be found in the section Materials/Steel Structures.
- Roof – Composed Combi roof, thickness 200 mm, above the administrative part of the hall. The roof price includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level. Sandwich PIR panels 120 mm above the production part of the hall, including necessary sheet metal elements.
- Walls – Cladding made of sandwich panels – thickness 120 mm. The wall price includes sandwich panels 120 mm thick, sheet metal finishing, and fasteners. More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich Panels.
- Windows and Doors – Plastic windows and doors are available in various sizes, including shop windows and integrated doors.
- Gates – Sectional gates, size 3.6 x 3.5 m, 2 pcs.
- Skylights – 4 pcs of point skylights, size 1.5 x 1.5 m.
- Crane Track – Not included in the hall price delivery.
- Other Costs – Mechanisms, transport up to 100 km from Kroměříž, and site facilities.
- Substructure, floors, interior partitions, electrical, plumbing/heating/gas installations – Not included in the price below.
