Agricultural hall - milking parlor Podolí near Mnichovo Hradiště

In mid-August 2024, we completed and handed over without defects the agricultural hall – robotic milking parlor in Podolí near Mnichovo Hradiště for the cooperative company ZD Březina nad Jizerou. The hall measures 25.5 x 29.1 m, with an eaves height of 6.5 m and roof overhangs of 1.5 m. The hall is designed as a frame structure with a tie beam.

It is a single-storey building with perimeter reinforced concrete walls 350 mm thick in the utility area up to a height of 3.8 m, with external insulation made of 100 mm thick PUR panels. The structure consists of steel columns and beams with a horizontal tie (the fire resistance of the steel structure is R15). The roof cladding is laid on thin-walled steel “Z” purlins and consists of a 100 mm thick PUR sandwich panel. The windows and doors are made of sectional doors, explained by the need for high-quality and rapid ventilation of the milking parlor. A ventilation slot is installed at the roof ridge (aluminum structure with 20 mm thick polyurethane infill, certified for drip resistance). In the utility area of the milking parlor, plastic windows and doors are installed. All exposed structures are coated with polyurethane paint certified for food industry use. In areas for cow movement, concrete slats are installed, set on slurry channels.

In the future, PV panels will be installed on the roof.
