We have handed over the PYRAMIDA Průhonice car service
In October 2024, we completed and handed over a hall in Průhonice for the company PYRAMIDA Průhonice. The extension of the hall measures 9 x 20 m with a parapet height of 8.0 m and will serve as a car service center for passenger cars and vans. By expanding, the investor addressed the growing needs of customers for vehicle servicing, which are sold under the Renault and SEAT brands.
The delivery included cladding of the existing wall of the brick building with 60 mm thick panels and the supply of substructures for SEAT and CUPRA logos on the existing car showroom.

At the end of January 2026, we completed a prefabricated warehouse hall measuring 11 x 24.4 m for the company ČEPS Invest in Chotějovice. The building is designed as a classic frame structure and serves as a storage facility for parts. The hall includes a crane runway for an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 5 t.
In December 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall with a 3.2 t overhead crane in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will serve as a warehouse for finished concrete products. The dimensions of the hall are 17 x 26 m with an eaves height of 8.0 m.
In December 2025, we completed and handed over a production hall at Šteklův mlýn in Dolní Chvatliny. The hall will be used for a carpentry workshop with social and office facilities. The dimensions of the hall are 11.5 x 20 m with an eaves height of 3.6 m.
At the beginning of November 2025, we completed a prefabricated sales and storage hall for the company Kružík s.r.o. in Kroměříž, in the local part of Kotojedy. The building is designed as a classic frame structure and serves as a sales and storage space intended for rent. The hall also includes social facilities with an office.
In November 2025, we completed a prefabricated insulated hall, which, once fully finished, will serve as a service and garage for construction machinery and occasionally as a warehouse. The hall is located in the cadastral area of the village of Ploužnice, in the former military area of Ralsko, which is gradually beginning to undergo revitalization.
In October 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall to the investor in Šteklův mlýn near Františkovy Lázně. The hall will be used for private purposes and machine storage. For this project, it was essential to maintain the external dimensions of 10 × 20 meters.

The hall is located in the original industrial complex, where a complete revitalization of the halls is taking place. This hall is intended for the production of concrete components.
