In October 2024, we completed and handed over a hall in Průhonice for the company PYRAMIDA Průhonice. The extension of the hall measures 9 x 20 m with a parapet height of 8.0 m and will serve as a car service center for passenger cars and vans. By expanding, the investor addressed the growing needs of customers for vehicle servicing, which are sold under the Renault and SEAT brands.
The delivery included cladding of the existing wall of the brick building with 60 mm thick panels and the supply of substructures for SEAT and CUPRA logos on the existing car showroom.

At the end of January 2026, we completed a prefabricated warehouse hall measuring 11 x 24.4 m for the company ČEPS Invest in Chotějovice. The building is designed as a classic frame structure and serves as a storage facility for parts. The hall includes a crane runway for an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 5 t.
In December 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall with a 3.2 t overhead crane in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will serve as a warehouse for finished concrete products. The dimensions of the hall are 17 x 26 m with an eaves height of 8.0 m.
