We have handed over the prefabricated part of the service hall in Přerov
At the beginning of 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Přerov for the company ČSAD Ostrava a.s. The hall will serve as a service center for trucks and buses. The company is engaged in both freight and bus transportation. The hall is still awaiting completion by the construction company, specifically the installation of the floor, electrical wiring, and the construction of a mezzanine. This prefabricated hall will, once fully completed, serve as one of the company’s many service halls starting in March.

In October 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall to the investor in Šteklův mlýn near Františkovy Lázně. The hall will be used for private purposes and machine storage. For this project, it was essential to maintain the external dimensions of 10 × 20 meters.
In October 2025, we completed a prefabricated, non-insulated agricultural hall, which, after full completion, will serve as a garage for agricultural machinery and occasionally as a storage facility for agricultural commodities. The hall is located in the village of Hracholusky, Rakovník district.

The hall is located in the original industrial complex, where a complete revitalization of the halls is taking place. This hall is intended for the production of concrete components.
In June 2025, we completed and handed over a production hall in Švihov near Plzeň to the investor. We built the hall as an extension to the existing brick building, which houses the company MODERNÍ TRUHLÁRNA. The company will expand its premises into the new hall, where intelligent robotic technologies will be installed.
In June 2025, we completed the reconstruction of the envelope, including the roof, of the original reinforced concrete structure in Branky near Valašské Meziříčí. The hall is located in a former agricultural complex that is currently undergoing a complete revitalization.
In May 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will be used as a storage facility for finished concrete products. The dimensions of the hall are 18.1 x 36.4 m with an eaves height of 6.0 m.
