Planning a new hall was, just a few years ago, a lengthy process. The investor had to write up the requirements, request a meeting with a sales representative, wait for the first hand-drawn sketch, and only then could they start adjusting the parameters. The entire phase, in which they just wanted to get an idea of whether the hall would fit into the budget, could take several weeks. Today, it’s different. Online hall configurators—similar to car configurators—allow you to create the first design within minutes, see it in 3D, and instantly compare variants. In this article, we describe how online configuration works, when it pays off, and what to expect from it.
The traditional process of inquiring about a hall started with a verbal assignment. The investor would say, “I need a warehouse about 30 × 20 meters,” and the sales representative would work it out. The problem was that there was often a significant difference between what the investor imagined and what the sales representative understood. The design had to be revised several times, and the entire communication took time for everyone involved.
The online configurator shortens this step. The investor sets the main parameters themselves within minutes—dimensions, height, number and placement of gates, doors, and windows, profiling and color of the Facade—and immediately sees the resulting model in 3D. This model is then sent to the sales representative as an exact visual assignment, not just a verbal description. Communication is faster, more precise, and the whole process from the first idea to the price offer is shortened from weeks to days.
| Step | Traditional process | With online configurator |
| First design | Verbal assignment, waiting for a meeting, hand-drawn sketch — weeks | Investor configures themselves within 10–20 minutes |
| Visualization | Professional visualization on request, often paid | Basic 3D model instantly, free |
| Parameter adjustments | Each change means a new iteration with the sales representative | Instant change, result visible immediately |
| Handing over materials to the sales representative | Email, phone, repeated clarifications | One click — complete specification |
| Price offer | 2–4 weeks from first contact | 5 working days from sending the configuration |
HiStruck is a proprietary configurator that PROMO HALY has made available to all interested parties directly on its website. It’s not just an illustrative toy—it works with a real technological matrix according to which the halls are built, so what you design in the configurator is, in the vast majority of cases, actually manufacturable.
Specific features include:
Investors sometimes ask us why the configurator does not immediately show the exact price. This is intentional. The price of a hall depends on dozens of variables that cannot be automated: the specific type of foundations (depends on the geology of the land), fire safety solutions, local price of materials and assembly, availability of equipment at the planned construction date, possible subsidies, or specific requirements. If we displayed an “algorithmic price” in the configurator, in practice it would differ from the real offer by tens of percent—and for the investor, this would be more harm than good. Instead, after sending the configuration, you will receive a real price offer processed by a sales representative within five working days.
Similarly, the configurator does not address statics, fire safety, or project documentation for the building permit. These steps come only after you agree on a specific solution with the sales representative and sign the contract.
The HiStruck configurator makes sense in two situations:
The investor is considering whether to build at all and needs to quickly see what the hall might look like, how much space it would roughly take up, and what the indicative dimensions would be for different variants. At this stage, it’s not about details—it’s about getting an overall idea. The configurator can do this in 10–20 minutes, and the investor can decide whether it makes sense to proceed further.
The investor already knows what they want and needs to clearly communicate the requirements. Instead of a phone call and description, they configure the hall exactly as they imagine and send it. The sales representative receives an indisputable specification and can immediately start preparing the offer. This use case saves hours of communication that would otherwise take place by email and phone.
On the other hand, if you have very specific requirements (atypical spans, integration into an existing complex, unusual technologies), it makes sense to skip the configurator and contact the sales representative directly by email or phone. For standard industrial, warehouse, and administrative halls, the configurator covers approximately 80% of common requirements.
The configurator is available directly on the PROMO HALY website and does not require registration. If you need help, you’ll find a short instructional video and a detailed PDF guide at the beginning. You can also start with one of the preset templates—hall 12 × 24 m, 18 × 36 m, 24 × 48 m, and others—and adjust the hall from there to your desired form. The templates also include indicative price ranges so you can immediately see whether your configuration falls within a reasonable financial range.
After completing the configuration, you send the hall to a PROMO HALY sales representative with one click. You will receive a complete specification of what you have designed by email, and within five working days, a sales representative will call you with a specific price offer and a proposal for the next steps.
Yes, the HiStruck configurator is free and does not require registration. You can use it as many times as you want and try different variants without any obligation.
The configuration is received by a PROMO HALY sales representative, who will review it and may request additional information about the land, intended use, and desired timeline. Within five working days, you will receive a phone call with a price offer and a proposal for the next steps. The offer is, of course, non-binding.
In principle yes, but with reasonable limits. The configurator works with a standard range of dimensions from about 180 m² upwards, spans between columns up to 30 m, and heights up to 12 m. For really large or atypical halls, you will automatically be referred to a sales representative who will discuss the solution with you individually. Conversely, for small buildings under 180 m² (garages, small shelters), the configurator is not suitable—for these, we recommend companies specializing in small buildings.
No. The configuration serves as an initial assignment. The final technical solution is prepared by a designer and structural engineer according to standards, fire safety solutions, and the conditions of the specific land. Minor deviations from the configuration are common—for example, the placement of columns may shift slightly to meet structural calculations.
Yes, the configurator allows you to export the configuration, which you can download and continue with at any time. You can also share it with colleagues or partners and fine-tune the details together.
Yes, but for comfortable work with the 3D model, we recommend a computer or larger tablet. It is possible to use the configurator on a mobile device, but working with details is less clear due to the screen size.
The online configurator is changing the way investors approach hall planning. Instead of lengthy communication and waiting for the first design, the investor gets a concrete visual idea within minutes, which they can work with. This does not mean that the role of the sales representative, designer, and structural engineer disappears—on the contrary. They receive a more precise assignment from the investor and can focus on what really matters: technical solutions, cost optimization, and a smooth construction process.
If you are considering building a new production, warehouse, administrative, or retail hall, try the HiStruck configurator on the PROMO HALY website. Within 15 minutes, you’ll get a realistic idea of what your hall could look like—and if you like the design, you’re just five working days away from a specific price offer.

Prefabricated halls are becoming an increasingly popular choice for companies and investors. They offer fast construction, flexibility, and long lifespan, which is important not only for industrial use but also for administrative or sports facilities. Thanks to sandwich panels with a core made of PUR or PIR foam, modern halls also meet high requirements for energy efficiency.
Steel structures are becoming an indispensable element of modern construction. They offer the ideal combination of strength, flexibility, and environmental friendliness. Thanks to their recyclability, long lifespan, and the possibility of easy disassembly, they are the perfect foundation for prefabricated halls that stand the test of time and changing needs.
Prefabricated halls are among the most efficient construction solutions thanks to fast assembly, lower costs, and flexibility. See what affects their price and how to achieve optimal return on investment.
The insulation of industrial halls has become an increasingly common topic in recent years. The reason is simple – it significantly reduces heating or cooling costs, contributes to environmental protection, and increases worker comfort. But how much money can you actually save? Let’s calculate it together.
Despite unexpected influences on the economy in recent years, the sector of prefabricated halls continues to show high numbers of completed projects. The demands of society for a wide range of products have brought about the need to increase storage capacities in manufacturing companies to reflect the increased demand in the sector. This situation is leading not only manufacturing companies to invest in expanding their production or storage spaces.
The demand for prefabricated warehouse halls in the Czech Republic has increased significantly since the beginning of the 21st century, and its trend continues to rise. One of the main reasons for this is considered to be the lower built-up index of warehouse halls compared to the rest of Western Europe. Prefabricated warehouse halls are an ideal solution for investors dealing with insufficient storage capacity.
The assembly and maintenance of a hall is important for its long-term durability. It is necessary to keep all parts in good condition; some are required by prescribed standards for certain parts of an assembled hall. In this article, we will guide you on how to take care of the structure, panels, sheets, gutters, doors, windows, and your assembled hall as a whole.
In recent years, the demand for prefabricated storage halls has increased significantly. There are several reasons for this. Thanks to the simplicity of their structural design and the speed of construction, prefabricated storage halls are the ideal solution for investors who are looking for a quick way to solve their problem with insufficient storage capacity at the lowest possible cost. They expect high-quality construction, good thermal insulation properties, long service life, and adequate fire resistance. A prefabricated hall offers all of this. At the same time, it requires almost no maintenance.
In the past decade, we have seen increased demand for the construction of prefabricated halls. This was due to economic growth, industrial development, and an overall favorable market situation. During the Covid period, the situation changed somewhat. Those interested in building halls began to consider their investment more carefully—its profitability and overall return, the speed of construction, and its flexibility, all of which are reflected in the price of each hall.
