We have handed over the warehouse and administrative hall near Plzeň
In mid-April 2023, we completed and handed over a prefabricated warehouse hall and a steel structure for a future administrative building to the investor in Plzeň. These are two separate prefabricated halls connected by a corridor. The warehouse hall is clad with sandwich panels and equipped with gates and a skylight. The administrative hall is designed to blend in with the character of the village.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Třinec
In mid-March 2023, we completed and handed over a prefabricated warehouse hall in Třinec to the investor. The hall is double-naved with two 5t overhead cranes and an unusual height of 11.8m. It will be used mainly for storing steel wires and products made from them. The hall is connected to the existing production hall and is still awaiting completion by the investor, specifically the installation of the floor and electrical wiring. This prefabricated hall will be completed during May 2023.
We have handed over a prefabricated sales hall in Přerov
At the beginning of March 2023, we completed and handed over a prefabricated sales hall in Přerov to the investor. The hall will serve as a store for various types of interior flooring. The hall will also include a small warehouse, a showroom, and facilities for the company management. The hall is still awaiting final completion by the construction company. This prefabricated hall will be open to the public from June 2023.
We have handed over the prefabricated part of the service hall in Přerov
At the beginning of 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Přerov for the company ČSAD Ostrava a.s. The hall will be used as a service facility for trucks and buses. The company is engaged in both freight and bus transportation. The hall is still awaiting completion by the construction company, specifically the installation of the floor, electrical wiring, and the construction of a mezzanine.
We handed over the fire-resistant partition wall in the hall in Lanžhot.
In Lanžhot, we completed a dividing fire-resistant partition made of mineral sandwich panels for the local company E.D.C. s.r.o. before Christmas 2022. The partition wall made of sandwich panels included sectional doors with an integrated entrance. The structure has a fire resistance rating of R30 minutes.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Holešov
At the end of July 2022, we completed a completely defect-free prefabricated warehouse hall in Holešov for BM plus s.r.o. Holešov. The company is engaged in paper processing and produces a wide range of toilet products for households and industry. After its full completion, this prefabricated warehouse hall will serve as one of the company’s many dispatch warehouses starting in September.
We are building a warehouse hall in Ostrava
In July 2022, we started construction in Ostrava. It is an atypical tire warehouse hall for a tire service. The warehouse hall measures 22x22m with a height of 6.8m. The hall is atypical because it is being built on the original reinforced concrete skeleton, which previously served as a 50m tower for the nearby deep mine Důl Petra Bezruče. The existing reinforced concrete structure is octagonal in shape.
We are preparing the cladding of the warehouse in Holešov
This spring, we are planning the construction of a large warehouse hall. Last year, the concrete structure was built, and this year we will proceed with the complete completion of the building.
