We have handed over a warehouse hall for garden and forestry equipment Turpil in Třinec
In January 2024, we completed and handed over a hall in Třinec without any defects. The hall, measuring 15x19.5 m with a height of 4.2 m at the eaves, will serve as storage and service facilities for a company specializing in the sale and servicing of garden and forestry equipment, which it sells through its e-shop.
We handed over a production hall with an overhead crane in Zlín
At the end of 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Zlín Lůžkovice for the company Marek Dobeš. The hall will serve as a production facility with a 5t overhead crane. The new hall will mainly meet the growing needs of metal production.
We have handed over the BAUER Logistic warehouse hall in Cheb
In December 2023, we completed a fully defect-free prefabricated warehouse hall with facilities in Cheb for the company BAUER Logistic s.r.o. The company is engaged in freight forwarding and the transportation of goods using its own fleet of vehicles. The hall will serve as a warehouse.
We have handed over a production hall in Spálov near Nový Jičín
At the beginning of November 2023, we completed and handed over a defect-free hall in the village of Spálov. The hall, measuring 15x36m with an eaves height of 4.3m, will serve as a facility for a company specializing in the production and installation of high-quality wood-burning stoves, focusing on demanding customers.
We have handed over the RegioJet warehouse hall in Malešice near Prague
At the beginning of September 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Malešice near Prague. The investor was the transport company RegioJet a.s. The hall will serve as a warehouse and depot for the company. We handed over the hall in a record 15 days—the work started on 24.8.2023 and was handed over without defects on 7.9.2023!
We have handed over the extension of the sales hall in Bohušovice nad Ohří.
At the beginning of September 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Bohušovice nad Ohří near Litoměřice. The investor was Ondřej Kaválek. The hall will serve as a sales hall and expands the investor’s premises. Completion of the hall, including electrical installation, is scheduled for the end of September.
We have handed over the renovated hall in Provodov
At the end of August 2023, we completed the reconstruction of the envelope of the original HARD Jeseník-type hall in the village of Provodov near Zlín. The investor was ZAKO TURČÍN, spol. s.r.o., a company specializing in metalworking. The hall is connected to the neighboring paint shop and serves as the drying section of the painting line.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Mariánské Lázně
At the end of July 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Mariánské Lázně, with the investor being the construction company Miroslav Opava. The hall will be used as a warehouse for rent. Completion of the hall, including the floor and electrical installation, is scheduled for the end of August.
We have handed over the fire station for the municipality of Raškovice
At the end of June 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Raškovice for the volunteer fire brigade association - SDH, with the municipality of Raškovice itself as the investor. The hall will serve as a facility for the SDH, mainly for the deployment and firefighting vehicles of the local association, including an adjacent storage area.
We have handed over the administrative and production hall Washina Chvalčov
At the beginning of June 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Chvalčov near Bystřice pod Hostýnem for the company WASHINA engineering, s.r.o. The hall will serve as a two-story administrative and production facility with a 5-ton overhead crane.
We have handed over the production hall Altech in Uherské Hradiště
In May 2023, we completed a fully defect-free prefabricated production hall with facilities for a company canteen in Uherské Hradiště for ALTECH spol. s r.o. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensation devices for immobile persons, with more than 30 years of tradition.
We have handed over the extension of the production and storage hall Chytil Otrokovice
At the beginning of May 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Otrokovice for the company Kalírna Chytil. The hall will serve as a storage and production facility. The company specializes in heat and thermo-chemical treatment of metals.
