We have handed over the renovated administrative hall SPECTRA Vizovice
In December 2024, we completed the reconstruction of the envelope and the modification of the upper floor structure of the original HARD Jeseník-type hall in Vizovice near Zlín. The hall will serve as the new administrative facilities for the company.
We have handed over the hall for the servicing of MD excavators Ženklava
At the end of 2024, we completed and handed over a hall in Ženklava near Kopřivnice for the company MD Bagry. The hall measures 19 x 25 m with an eaves height of 6.3 m and will serve as a service center for trucks and excavators.
We have handed over the PYRAMIDA Průhonice car service
In October 2024, we completed and handed over a hall in Průhonice for the company PYRAMIDA Průhonice. The extension of the hall measures 9 x 20 m with an attic height of 8.0 m and will serve as a car service center for passenger cars and vans.
We have handed over the Steffan car service in Městečko Trnávka
At the beginning of September 2024, we completed and handed over, without defects, a hall in Městečko Trnávka. The hall, measuring 18 x 47 m with an eaves height of 4.87 m, will serve as a car service center with administrative facilities and a showroom.
We have handed over the hall - milking parlor in Podolí near Mnichovo Hradiště
In mid-August 2024, we completed and handed over, without defects, an agricultural hall in Podolí near Mnichovo Hradiště. The investor is the cooperative ZD Březina nad Jizerou. The hall measures 25.5 x 29.1 m, with an eaves height of 6.5 m and roof overhangs of 1.5 m. The hall will serve as a new building for a robotic milking parlor, a waiting area with the necessary technical facilities, and milk cooling.
We have handed over the truck service hall with facilities in Třinec
In mid-July 2024, we completed and handed over a defect-free hall in Třinec for the company PS Trans. The hall, measuring 10.7 x 21.0 m with an eaves height of 5.2 m, will serve as a service and facilities area for a company specializing in truck transport.
We have handed over a smaller production hall in Smiřice near Hradec Králové.
At the end of May 2024, we completed and handed over a defect-free hall in the village of Smiřice for the company Kuchyně CEPL. The hall, measuring 10x25 m with an eaves height of 3.6 m, will serve as a facility for a company specializing in the production and installation of custom-made furniture. The wall cladding of the hall features a combination of anthracite color with contrasting white sandwich panels.
We handed over a production hall with an overhead crane in Grygov near Olomouc
In May 2024, we completed a prefabricated hall in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will serve as a production facility with four overhead cranes, each with a capacity of 6.3 tons. The new hall will mainly meet the growing needs of PREFA concrete structure production.
We have handed over a hall for the storage of agricultural commodities in Štítná nad Vláří
In May 2024, we completed and handed over a prefabricated hall without defects in Štítná nad Vláří near Brumov-Bylnice (Uherské Hradiště district) for the company Javorník-CZ. The hall, measuring 12.0 x 24.0 m with an eaves height of 4.2 m, will serve as storage facilities for a company specializing in plant and animal production in agriculture.
We have handed over the warehouse hall for the production of spirits Veselý Grunt Janová
In April 2024, we completed and handed over a prefabricated hall in Janová near Vsetín without any defects for the company Veselý Grunt s.r.o. The hall, measuring 18.0 x 24.0 m with a height of 6.2 m at the eaves, will serve as storage facilities for a company specializing in the sale and production of fruit spirits and fruit preserves.
We have handed over several halls in Chropyně, Přerov, Kroměříž, Hůry near České Budějovice, and Přerov.
At the end of March and the beginning of April 2024, we handed over several projects for completion or use to our customers. These include an administrative hall in Chropyně for the company X Shift, a retail and warehouse hall for the company Kružík in Kroměříž, a service and sales hall for Jiří Borovka in Hůry, and a warehouse hall for SIST Trading in Přerov.
We handed over a smaller hall for emission measurement in Kroměříž
In March 2024, we completed and handed over a hall in Kroměříž within a week, without any defects. The smaller hall, measuring 5.5 x 7.3 m with a height of 4.4 m at the eaves, will serve as a service area for passenger car emissions testing. The hall is part of the STK and emissions testing facility of Autoshop Paulus s.r.o.
