PROMO HALY s.r.o. was delighted to become one of the partners of the celebrations marking the significant anniversary of 120 years of athletics in Kroměříž, which took place on Saturday, 26 September 2026, at the athletics stadium in Kroměříž. We supported the event with a financial contribution because we have long believed that sport helps build values that are important not only on the field of play, but also in everyday life and the workplace.

Athletics is one of the sports that develop endurance, discipline, fair play and team spirit. That is why we are pleased to support activities that bring people together across generations, motivate young athletes and create a healthy environment for personal and sporting growth.

The celebration programme offered a diverse range of events. Visitors could watch sprints, technical events, a symbolic 120-metre run commemorating the anniversary of the founding of athletics in Kroměříž, team relays and the inaugural Kroměříž Javelin Throw Grand Prix. Experienced competitors, young talents and guests from other athletics clubs, including international participants, all competed at the stadium.

The anniversary not only commemorated the rich history of athletics in Kroměříž, but also celebrated the people dedicated to the sport – athletes, coaches, organisers and volunteers. It is their long-term commitment that helps build a strong sporting community that inspires future generations.

We would like to thank the organisers and all the competitors for the wonderful atmosphere, and we wish athletics in Kroměříž many more successful years.

Last Friday, we put aside our work pace for a while and swapped the office and construction sites for a slightly different environment – an informal team gathering.
