Friday afternoon with a twist: a get-together full of comfort and summer vibes

Last Friday, we took a break from our usual work pace and swapped prefab halls for summer relaxation. In Ludslavice, we organized a company afternoon event, which was attended by almost the entire company – and this time not only colleagues, but also their families.

The purpose of the gathering was not to talk about projects or work tasks, but to spend time together in a different way than usual. To get to know each other outside the work environment, have fun, and enjoy moments that we often don’t have time for during regular operations.

The weather was perfect, so a large part of the program naturally moved to the pool, which was especially enjoyed by the children. But everyone found something for themselves – some played football on the artificial turf, others preferred good food, drinks, and a relaxed get-together.

One of the most entertaining parts of the afternoon was the beer pong tournament. There was no shortage of competitiveness, laughter, or a surprising result – because this year, victory went to the women.

Events like this remind us that a good team is not built only at work. Every day we design, manufacture, and build prefab halls together, but it’s just as important to be able to switch off for a while, talk about other topics, and get to know colleagues and their families outside the work environment.

Thank you to everyone who came and created a great atmosphere. It was nice to end the work week together in a different way – and we’re already looking forward to the next get-together.
