Athletic Tunnel TJ Spartak Třebíč

In February 2025, we completed the construction of a sports hall with an athletics tunnel for the athletics club TJ Spartak Třebíč. This is a modern prefabricated sports hall that has expanded the city's sports infrastructure and offers top-class facilities for athletes of all ages. The complete completion of the project was ensured by the general contractor Sport Construction in August 2025.

The hall is divided into three functional parts:

• A mezzanine with dimensions of 6.4 × 15.1 m serves as facilities for coaches and athletes.
• A higher section of 15.9 × 48.5 m with a height of 8.1 m is intended for technical disciplines, such as pole vault or long jump.
• The athletics running tunnel with dimensions of 15.3 × 65.6 m and a height of 3.2 m allows for training even in winter or during adverse weather conditions.

The hall also includes fire ladders, external staircases, preparation for indoor sports facilities, and preparation for the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof. Thanks to its well-thought-out construction and modern technologies, the building offers maximum comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

The new athletics hall in Třebíč has become an important training center for local athletes and also an inspiration for other cities looking for effective solutions for the construction of prefabricated sports halls. The project confirms that PROMO HALY prefabricated halls can meet even the most demanding requirements for functionality, quality, and modern design.

Our company participated in the creation of the implementation documentation, including the project for changes to the building before completion, as well as the visual aspect, including the design of visualizations for approval by the investor.

• Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1

  fire ladder with dry riser and exit platforms 6.8 m and 4.8 m
  mezzanine with trapezoidal sheet and staircase

  emergency external staircases with galvanized grating, 2 pcs
• Roof - PIR panel RW thickness 160 mm, fire resistance RE 15 DP3, color RAL 9010 white, sheet metal finishing, connecting material, and downpipes to floor level.

• Fire doors - double-leaf EW 15 DP1, size 1.6 x 2.0 m, 1 pc in the interior on the mezzanine, color 9010
• Aluminum fire windows - interior in the mezzanine, fire resistance EW 15, color 9010
• Plastic windows - windows in the mezzanine according to views, windows in the hall size 1.13 x 5.6 m, 10 pcs, centrally motor-operated, color RAL 7016
• Aluminum showcase - entrance with door with panic handle, size 2.1 x 5.6 m, color RAL 7016
• Glass canopy - size 1.2 x 2.4 m, with safety glass and stainless steel rods
